You may order accessories, additional parts, replacement graphics and other components as needed for your coolers and refrigerators.
In order to make this process smooth, please be prepared to have the following information available when you call:
- Model number of the product
- Approximate date of purchase
- Channel of purchase
- Your preferred contact information
- Method of Payment - only Credit Cards are accepted
Other considerations:
- There is a standard handling fee of $7.00 added to each order.
- Most spare parts and accessories are fulfilled in 3 - 5 business days.
- Replacement graphical wraps require 7 - 12 days to fulfill.
