Return Policy
Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have received, simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We require that the item be returned in original condition, in original boxes and with a copy of your receipt or packing list.
We can only accept returns for web site orders (originally purchased from this online store). We cannot accept the return of items purchased through other channels.
Restocking Fee – There is a 20% restocking fee assessed on all returns except those where the shipped item is faulty on arrival or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Refund - We will gladly issue a refund of the amount paid minus the Restocking Fee. Please allow 14 days after receipt of the item by us for processing of the refund. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment.
Return Process – Once you have decided to return the item, please contact us immediately through Customer Service. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item as per our Return Policy. Upon contact, we will issue your item an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. At the same time we will provide you with collect shipping instructions and / or arrange for a call tag.
Please note, items cannot be returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA number.
