Shipping
General Information - We ship most orders within 5 to 7 business days after receiving them, subject to availability. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email, there will be a link to track the status of your order. You will also receive an invoice containing tracking data within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

Shipping Method - We ship using standard ground services such as FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, etc.

Expedited Shipping - Expedited shipping is not available due to the size and weight of our products. On occasion if expedited shipment is required, please contact us through Customer Service.

Transit Time - It takes 4 to 6 business days for our products to be delivered within the continental US, once they have shipped from our warehouse.

Warehouse Location - We ship all our orders from Memphis, TN.

International Shipping - We currently only ship to US and Canada. Some products may not be shipped to Canada.

Hawaii / Alaska Shipments - Due to the unique weight and dimension profile of our products, shipments outside the contiguous 48 states cost an additional 50% of the shipping charges. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are not applicable to Alaska and Hawaii destinations.
