Warranty
Creative Cooling warrants its new products to be free from defective material and workmanship on the date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer / retailer.

Warranty Period (Refrigerators - electric items) – The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase for all parts other than those listed in the exclusions. Labor / service charges are covered for the first 90 days only. Creative Cooling warrants any replaced or repaired product for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment back to you, or through the end of the original warranty period.

Warranty Period (Ice Coolers - non-electric items) – The warranty period is three months from the date of purchase for all parts other than those listed in the exclusions. Labor / service charges are covered for the first 60 days only. Creative Cooling warrants any replaced or repaired product for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipment back to you, or through the end of the original warranty period.

Remedies - During the warranty period when your refrigerator or cooler is operated and maintained according to instructions attached or furnished with the product, Creative Cooling shall, at its discretion, either replace the product with a comparable product, repair the product or refund the purchase price paid for the product. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. Labor/service/freight charges will apply for warranty claims after the first 90-day period for refrigerators and 60-day period for coolers.

Exclusions from Warranty – This warranty does not cover any physical damage to the cabinet, either internal or external, regardless of the cause. Graphical wraps and lids are not covered by the warranty. In addition, this warranty will not apply if the defect or malfunction is caused by you or a third party’s misuse, accident, modification or operation of the product in an unsuitable environment or in a manner for which it is not intended. The warranty does apply if, upon return, Creative Cooling’s testing and examination discloses that the alleged defect or malfunction does not exist.

Limitation of Liability – To the full extent allowed by law, Creative Cooling’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product, or refund of the purchase price paid. Creative Cooling shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, and special or punitive damages of any kind, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, installation, use, performance, failure or interruption of this product.

Obtaining Warranty Service – In order to obtain warranty service, you must receive a warranty authorization by contacting Creative Cooling within the warranty period and provide dated proof of original purchase. This authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned to the authorized service center. You will be responsible for transportation charges to and from the nearest authorized service center of Creative Cooling products.
