Artwork Requirements
Artwork Format
Please provide your artwork as a clean line art (vector art). Vector artwork files must be written in the Postscript language. Any typeset on paths must be converted to outlines (curves).

Ideally, all included images should also be vector artwork (not bitmapped/raster) and saved in Adobe Illustrator as an EPS (encapsulated PostScript) file. Please do NOT send raster images that are embedded within another file, such as within a Microsoft Word file.

Internet graphics formats such as JPEGs, GIFs, PNG and all other bitmap files are NOT considered acceptable artwork. These files should be redrawn in a vector based format.

The preferred file format is Adobe Illustrator (.eps or ai) converted to vector art.

Exception - In the rare event that you do not have vector files, we will accept 12” x 12” images in TIFF format with at least 300 dpi resolution. Our graphics team will then enlarge these to 18" x 18” sized images that are suitable for our products.

If your file sizes are exceedingly large – above 10MB, please call us to get FTP information.

PC/MAC Compatibility
We require the artwork to be in PC format. We do not have capabilities for Macs. If the artwork is created on a Mac Computer, please save it in PC format and convert to outlines.

Color Information
Pls provide color information in either PMS or CMYK.

Incompatible / Low Resolution Graphics
Submitted artwork that is not vectorized or is provided in incompatible file formats will lead to additional charges.
