How do I order custom logo products?
You should start by looking at our various coolers and refrigerators and decide which items best meet your needs. Your next step is to determine the number of units you need. If all you need is one or two units, you can complete that transaction online and email the artwork to graphics@creativecooling.us. Alternately, please call us and we will guide you through the process.

What are the artwork requirements?
Please see the "Artwork Requirements" section for specific requirements. In general, we need high resolution graphics for creating custom graphical wraps. Graphics used to develop websites are not acceptable. Our graphics team can also assist you in creating high resolution artwork.

What additional charges do I pay when ordering custom logo products?
All custom logo items incur a Design Fee. The Design Fee pays for the work done to layout the provided artwork for each product ordered, modify the layouts to meet your specific requirements, printer color matching and submitting the mockups for your approval. Our Design Fee covers all the models of coolers and refrigerators! In other words, if you order 2 coolers and 3 refrigerators at the same time, each with the same graphic, you pay a single Design Fee. In addition to the Design Fee, there is nominal handling fee per unit, and of course the standard shipping charge.

How long does it take to get my custom logo cooler?
After we receive your graphics and accept it, we will create mockups that will be presented to you for approval by email. The mockups are usually in JPG or similar graphic formats. Once you approve the mockups, it will take approximately 10-15 business days to get your units ready. This is of course subject to inventory being available and for orders of quantity 20 units or less. For continental US shipments, you should add another 3-5 business days to include the transit time.

Do you offer expedited services?
Most of the time we offer expedited services for short run orders. This allows us to prepare your custom products ready for shipment within 5-7 business days of graphics approval. The Expedited Service fee consists of a 10% up-charge of the total order amount plus $100.

How are your products shipped?
Usually, all our coolers and refrigerators are shipped by FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipments by air are prohibitively expensive given the size and weights of the respective items; nevertheless it is possible to ship the products by air.

Can I purchase blank units and supply my own graphics?
The graphical wraps for our products are designed and built to exact standards for graphics, UV light and thermal (heat transfer) characteristics. Additionally, you will need custom die-cut tools to expose the vents and thermostat control (for refrigerators) or the drain spigots (for ice coolers). So generally speaking, this is not a good idea; unless you just want to apply a small decal to partially cover the coolers.

Do you offer specialized fulfillment?
We offer several fulfillment options such as multi-location drop shipping, scheduled shipping, dedicated (semi-private) storage, JIT fulfillment, blind shipping, collateral insertions, greetings/message insertions, direct shipments to trade show floors, etc. Please call us to discuss your specific requirements.
